Participants will be asked to complete an online survey. Based on survey input, individuals will be paired. Once matched, the obligation to the program lasts one year and consists
of making contact at least once every three months. Before the end of
each conversation, the two of you will select a topic for discussion at the
next meeting. A list of suggested topics is available on the resources page,
but you should feel free to discuss whichever topics interest you most.

Welcome to the Family Medicine Mentorship Program homepage. Our goal is
to match physician mentors with mentees to in order to help each
other navigate the waters of a career as a Navy Family Physician. Regardless
of your time zone, duty station, rank, or deployment status, we will work
to find a mentee/mentor match for you.
